1. What should my child wear?

Gymnastics:
Girls: Leotards without a skirt or tights are strongly recommended, hair pulled up neatly, and no jewelry.
Boys:  Proper sports attire -gym shorts with no buttons, zippers or buckles and a fitted tucked in tee shirt
Tumbling: Proper sports attire - leotard or gym shorts with no buttons, zippers or buckles and a fitted tucked in tee shirt, hair pulled up neatly, and no jewelry. Gym shoes are optional for those in a tumbling class.
Camps: Comfortable clothing specific to the camp you are attending. Camp is quite active and we want your child to be as comfortable as possible.
Clinics: Attire specific to the clinic you are attending. Birthday Parties, Special Events and Field Trips: Comfortable clothes for your child to be active and have a free range of movement.
**Kids go barefoot in the gym**

2. How will I know if my child is ready to move to a different class?
Gymnastics and Tumbling:

Your child's progress is continually tracked by your child's instructor. Your child’s instructor will personally speak to you when they have accomplished the proper skills necessary to be promoted out of their class. At that time you must contact someone in the TTG Office to make your new class selection.

3. Do you have a parent viewing area?

We have a viewing area in the lobby, equipped with chairs for parents to sit and watch their children. We also have free wireless internet (ask desk attendant for WiFi password).

4. What if my child misses a class? Can they do a make-up?

Just like college, your tuition pays for a class spot, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE. However, we do offer make-up classes, usually on the last Friday of each month. You must sign your child up for this class in advance and it is contingent on availability. The sign-up sheet will be posted on the office door.

5. How do I pay my bill?

Beginning November 1st, 2015, you will have the option of paying your bill online. You may also still pay with check or cash at the gym.

6. How do I drop a class?

Your child’s spot is reserved in class until you let us know that they will no longer be attending. You will be billed accordingly.

7. Is there credit given for missed classes?

No, just like college, your tuition pays for a class spot, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE. I understand that Texas Tumbleweeds Gymnastics does not give credit and/or refunds for, but not limited to gymnastics, tumbling, clinics, camps, private lessons, birthday parties, missed and/or cancelled due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather or any other reason. Texas Tumbleweeds Gymnastics does not issue refunds. All sales are final for any product and/or service purchased and/or provided by Texas Tumbleweeds Gymnastics. Contingent on availability Texas Tumbleweeds may issue a make-up day for a missed class.

8. What happens during the summer?

We are a year round facility and we offer classes & camps to meet your schedule every month of the year. One benefit to our facility is that we have air conditioning that allows your child to stay active in the comfort of a climate controlled facility.
